Perfect for fishing! Hunting nearby! Summer, Fall and Winter are awesome! Beautifully decorated, hidden among the trees with the Gunnison river on both sides (it’s on the tip of an island in the river). You can throw a line in from any bank around the entire tip of the island. We are probably talking about over 200 feet of private, riverfront property, tho in waders you’ve got the whole river.10 minutes to Almont – (float fishing, white water rafting), and 20 minutes to Crested Butte.

The Gunnison River,famous for its lure and fly fishing, is the main tributary that feeds the largest reservoir in Colorado, Blue Mesa Lake, which is just nine miles west of the property, offering all kinds of fishing (Mackinaw, German Brown, and Rainbow Trout, and Kokanee Salmon). Sailing, waterskiing, jet skiing, parasailing, and beaching are popular pastimes enjoyed by all visitors.
